Architectural and engineering concepts are developed and refined. Early design resolves space, structure and services together — not in sequence.
Estimate
Detailed quantities and costs are prepared from the design. The estimate becomes the financial baseline the project is built against.
Plan
The construction program, procurement schedule and coordination framework are set. Every trade and delivery is sequenced on a shared calendar.
Build
Construction is executed with disciplined site management, coordinated trades and continuous quality control against the approved drawings.
Supervise
Engineering supervision keeps the work faithful to the design. Inspections, approvals and progress reporting protect quality and budget.
Deliver
The finished project is handed over complete and verified — finished to quality, documented, and ready for its purpose.
